Ingredients
- 1-18 oz box white cake mix
- 1-can - eagle brand milk
- 1-9-oz - non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1-8-1/2-oz - can of cream of coconut
- 1-6oz-pkg - frozen coconut
- 1- pkg - fresh coconut
How To Make coconut cake

Step 1Bake white cake as to box directions in a 13 x 9 pan. while cake is hot punch holes in top with a fork or wooden spoon handle. Pour milk over entire top: Cool

Step 2Mix whipped topping and cream of coconut together by hand. Spread over entire cake, top with frozen coconut. Then spread fresh coconut just cover the cake good with the fresh: Enjoy!!
