cocoa kahlua cheesecake
I play around with cheesecakes at holiday time and this is one of my family & friends favorites.

Ingredients
- 32 ounces cream cheese softened
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup kahlua
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups baking cocoa powder
- 2 - rolls of oreo cookies with cream removed
- 1/4 cup almond slivers
- 1/4 cup coconut powder
- 3 - 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 - 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 packages dream whip
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup kahlua
- 1 - small dark chocalate bar ( to decorate cake)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- - confectioners' sugar
- - couple marschino cherries
How To Make cocoa kahlua cheesecake

Step 1put cookies, almonds, coconut powder in food processor and pulse to finely crumbled, add sugar and butter and pulse to mix, press into spring form pan. bake for 10 minutes at 350* remove from oven set aside.

Step 2beat creamcheese till smooth, add sugar beat till smooth, add condensed milk, beat till smooth add eggs one at a time mix well between each addition, add cocoa powder and kahlua mix well, pour into crust and raise oven to 400* bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven but do not open , leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour

Step 3remove from oven and cool completely.

Step 4In a small bowl add 1/2 cup milk and 2 packs dream whip and beat 3 - 4 minutes add kahlua and beat well. Spread dream whip on top of cheesecake, dust with confectioners sugar, grate chocalate bar over cake, and sprinkle with shredded coconut top off with a couple cherries, enjoy.
