Combine the butter, Crisco, cocoa and Cocoa-Cola. Bring to a rapid boil and pour over flour and sugar. Add the marshmallows, buttermilk (dissolve soda in it), eggs and vanilla.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch sheet cake pan, or you can also use 2 (8 or 9 inch) layer pans, if you'd like. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes in sheet pan, and 25-35 in layer pans.
Melt butter, cocoa and Coke in saucepan.
Sift powdered sugar into bow. Pour hot mixture over top. Add flavoring. Beat well with mixer. Spread on cake. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts of your choice.
