I found this recipes a long time ago. The cola and chocolate make this a yummy cake. My daughter took it to work and all the co workers went crazy over it.

Ingredients For coca cola brownie cake

  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 1/2 c
    flour, sifted
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    coca cola
  • BROWNIE FROSTING
  • 3 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1/3 c
    coca cola
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    chopped pecans (optional)

How To Make coca cola brownie cake

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except vanilla extract and Coca cola. Blend at low sleed of mixer, and thenbeat 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Add vanilla extract, blending in well by hand. Add Coca cola and blend well by hand.

    Pour into greased tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and turn cake onto rack. While cake is warm to touch, top with Brownie frosting.

    FROSTING: Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, Coca-cola and vanilla in a small bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans. Spread on warm cake. (May need to return cake to oven to warm after turning out on rack).
