cobbala (easy peach cobbler w/icecream)
I have been searching for this recipe for years. I worked at a steakhouse in Texas and this was the only dessert on menu. What a treat served warm with a scoop of vanilla icecream! So easy and DELISH!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can 16oz peaches or fresh, about five
- - vanilla icecream
How To Make cobbala (easy peach cobbler w/icecream)

Step 1Cream sugar and butter, add flour and milk mix well. Pour in baking pan evenly. Pour canned peaches w/syrup over top and sprinkle with cinnamin.

Step 2Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30min. Scoop into bowls and top with icecream.
