I have been searching for this recipe for years. I worked at a steakhouse in Texas and this was the only dessert on menu. What a treat served warm with a scoop of vanilla icecream!
So easy and DELISH!

Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1/2 c
soft butter
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
self rising flour
1 c
milk
1 can(s)
16oz peaches or fresh, about five
vanilla icecream

How to Make COBBALA (easy Peach cobbler w/icecream)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cream sugar and butter, add flour and milk mix well.
    Pour in baking pan evenly.
    Pour canned peaches w/syrup over top and sprinkle with cinnamin.
  • 2Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30min.
    Scoop into bowls and top with icecream.
