Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups grahm cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- CHEESECAKE
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
How To Make classic cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2CRUST:

Step 3Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter together.

Step 4Press into a 9 inch springform pan. Set aside.

Step 5CHEESECAKE:

Step 6Beat Cream Cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.

Step 7Add eggs one at a time, making sure they are blended in before adding next one.

Step 8Pour over crust and bake for 55 minutes.

Step 9Loosen cake from sides and let cool at least 45 minutes before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Step 10I top with cherries, blueberries or any other fruit topping you like or eat it plain.
