Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons powder sugar
How To Make cinnamon supper cake

Step 1Gradually add sugar to shortening, creaming until fluffy. Add egg, beat well. Add vanilla and milk. Sift together and add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth.

Step 2Bake in a 9 inch round layer pan or 8 inch square pan at 375 degrees for 20-25 min.

Step 3Remove from oven. At once spread with butter, than sprinkle with cinnamon and powder sugar over cake. Serve warm.
