- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, light
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon sugar pumpkin cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8" pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

Step 3Add sugar and brown sugar. Whisk to combine.

Step 4Add melted butter, mix until smooth.

Step 5Add egg, vanilla and pumpkin puree. Mix until well combined.

Step 6Pour into prepared pan.

Step 7Make topping, whisking together cinnamon and sugar.

Step 8Sprinkle topping over batter in pan.
