- 1 cup margerine
- 2 - eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3-4 tablespoons melted butter or margerine

Step 1CREAM TOGETHER--margerine, eggs and sugar..Stir in milk

Step 2ADD DRY INGREDIENTS-flour, baking powder, and salt into the cream mixture

Step 3PREPARE Streusel TOPPING-brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and melted butter or margerine (you can make extra if needed)

Step 4Pour only half of the batter into a greased and floured (9 by 13 oblong pan). Sprinkle half the streusel on top of the batter---pour the rest of the batter in pan and top with remaining streusel topping--Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 Mins. ENJOY
