I got this recipe from my mom. I take this cake to church events and to work and it is always it a hit! I always have the simple ingredients on hand in case I need a cake in a pinch.

Ingredients
- 1 - yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make cinnamon streusel cake

Step 1Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, buttermilk and sugar. Beat 2 minutes. Pour half of the batter in a greased/floured 13x9 baking dish.

Step 2Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3Sprinkle half of the sugar-cinnamon mixture over batter.

Step 4Pour remaining cake batter into pan.

Step 5Top with remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Step 6Draw a knife through the batter to make a swirl design.

Step 7Bake 40 minutes at 325.

Step 8Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over warm cake.

Step 9Note: Most of the time, I use Saco Buttermilk powder instead of fresh buttermilk. 4 Tablespoons of powder plus one cup of water.
