Ingredients
- CREAM CHEESE ICING:
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon milk
- CAKE:
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon applesauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 dash freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make cinnamon roll mug cake

Step 1CREAM CHEESE ICING: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl & whisk with a fork until smooth.

Step 2CAKE: Combine all ingredients (minus Cream Cheese Icing) in a mug (or individual trifles) then whisk together with a fork until combine & nearly smooth. Microwave mixture on high power for 1 minute then check cake for doneness. If it is not fully cooked microwave for an additional 15 seconds. Serve warm topped with Cream Cheese Icing.
