Ingredients

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • FOR THE TOPPING

  • 1 c
    butter, soft, almost melted
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • FOR THE GLAZE

  • 5 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Cinnamon Roll Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. For the batter: In large bowl, mix all ingredients except butter together.
  2. Once mixed, slowly pour in melted butter. Mix a little with spatula to incorporate into batter.
  3. Pour batter mixture into a greased 9X13 pan. Set aside.
  4. For the topping: mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Drop evenly over batter and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins.
  7. For glaze: While cake is still warm, mix all ingredients and drizzle glaze over cake.
