Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 1 cup butter, soft, almost melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • FOR THE GLAZE
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make cinnamon roll cake

  • Step 1
    For the batter: In large bowl, mix all ingredients except butter together.
  • Step 2
    Once mixed, slowly pour in melted butter. Mix a little with spatula to incorporate into batter.
  • Step 3
    Pour batter mixture into a greased 9X13 pan. Set aside.
  • Step 4
    For the topping: mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Step 5
    Drop evenly over batter and swirl with a knife.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins.
  • Step 7
    For glaze: While cake is still warm, mix all ingredients and drizzle glaze over cake.
