cinnamon cupcakes
We love cinnamon and these cupcakes that I found on the Land o lakes site are great...especially topped with the cinnamon frosting which I will post also. I have added finely chopped apple and they are incredible too.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup land o lakes cinnamon sugar butter spread
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make cinnamon cupcakes

Step 1Heat oven to 350°F and line your muffin pan with papers.

Step 2Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl and set aside.

Step 3Beat sugar and 1/2 cup Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in large bowl at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

Step 4Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 5On low; add flour mixture, alternately with 1/2 cup milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Mixing well after each addition until mixed well.

Step 6Bake for 23 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove to wire cooling rack. Cool completely before frosting.
