What if chocolate cake and cinnamon butter are combined? I created this cake recipe with cinnamon butter. There are sliced Twix bars and Bridge Mix candies on the bottom.

How To Make cinnamon butter chocolate cake

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
To make cinnamon butter, add butter, cane sugar, and ground cinnamon to a small bowl. Whisk well for 3 minutes until blended. Set aside.
  • Step 3
Coat the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add sliced Twix bars and Bridge Mix candies; mix well.
  • Step 4
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and pudding mix. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes until well blended.
  • Step 5
Add 4 tablespoons of cinnamon butter. Beat again at low speed for 2 minutes.
  • Step 6
Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Add cinnamon chips. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely for 10 minutes.
  • Step 7
In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, chocolate milk, cream cheese, cinnamon syrup, hot fudge sauce, and remaining cinnamon butter; whisk together for 5 minutes until blended.
