cinnamon bun cake
A good friend of mine made this for me about 20 years ago and it is one if my favorite cake recipes. It is a cake version of cinnamon rolls!

Ingredients
- 1 box golden cake mix (butter recipe)
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
How To Make cinnamon bun cake

Step 1Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. In a medium bowl, beat the cake mix, butter, eggs, and sour cream on low for a minute to blend.

Step 2Pour the batter into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour half the cake batter in.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of the batter in your baking dish. Pour the remaining batter over the sugar mixture.

Step 4Bake cake for 30-40 minutes until done.

Step 5Mix powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and butter extracts to make a glaze.

Step 6Remove cake from oven and while still warm top with your glaze and let cool.
