cinnamon applesauce magic cake
You won't find this in any cookbook as it is a Tammy original.... I named it magic cake; as the stuff I put on top before baking; magically ends up on the bottom when the cake is done! This cake is great warmed with a scoop of ice cream as a dessert, or it works as a coffee cake for breakfast or brunch.... and you don't even need to add frosting! Enjoy!
