  • 2 sticks butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups unbleached white flour

How To Make "cinnaco" cake

  • Step 1
    PLACE 2 STICKS OF BUTTER IN BOWL, ADD SUGAR,EGGS,SOUR CREAM,VANILLA,SALT,CINNAMON AND COCOA, MIX VERY WELL, TILL KINDA FLUFFY.
  • Step 2
    ADD: FLOUR, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, MIX WELL.I USE AN ELECTRIC MIXER.. WHEN MIXED REALLY GOOD, ADD CHOPPED NUTS LAST AND FOLD IN..
  • Step 3
    POUR INTO PAN (WILL BE MORE LIKE SPOON) THE BATTER IS THICK AND FLUFFY. SPREAD TO CORNERS, SO BATTER IS EVEN.
  • Step 4
    BAKE 350* OVEN FOR APPROX. 40 MINUTES, CHECK CENTER WITH TOOTH PICK...SHOULD COME OUT CLEAN...

    LET COOL...I DON'T FROST THIS CAKE IT REALLY DOESN'T NEED IT...BUT IF YOUR A FROSTING JUNKIE, USE YOUR FAVORITE... "YUMMY-YUMMY-YUMMY-FOR-YOUR-TUMMY"
