  • 3 c
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 stick
    margarine (imperial margarine only-room temp)
  • 6
    eggs (large)
  • 3 c
    cake flour (swansdown cake flour)
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon flavoring (mccormick's)
  • 1 can(s)
    crisco with pillsbury flour non stick spray

How to Make Cil's Lemon Cream Cheese Pound Cake


  1. Beat cream cheese and 3 sticks of magarine
  2. add sugar, beat one cup at a time
  3. add on egg at a time and beat after each egg
  4. add flour, beat one cup at a time (Make sure you SIFT your cake flour)
  5. Stir in lemon flavoring
  6. Spray bundt pan/cake pan with Crisco with pillsbury flour non-stick spray.
  7. Evenly pour batter into bundt pan
