- 6 - eggs (large)
- 3 cups cake flour (swansdown cake flour)
- 2 tablespoons lemon flavoring (mccormick's)
- 1 can crisco with pillsbury flour non stick spray

Step 1Beat cream cheese and 3 sticks of magarine

Step 2add sugar, beat one cup at a time

Step 3add on egg at a time and beat after each egg

Step 4add flour, beat one cup at a time (Make sure you SIFT your cake flour)

Step 5Stir in lemon flavoring

Step 6Spray bundt pan/cake pan with Crisco with pillsbury flour non-stick spray.
