  • 3 cups sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 sticks margarine (imperial margarine only-room temp)
  • 6 - eggs (large)
  • 3 cups cake flour (swansdown cake flour)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon flavoring (mccormick's)
  • 1 can crisco with pillsbury flour non stick spray

How To Make cil's lemon cream cheese pound cake

  • Step 1
    Beat cream cheese and 3 sticks of magarine
  • Step 2
    add sugar, beat one cup at a time
  • Step 3
    add on egg at a time and beat after each egg
  • Step 4
    add flour, beat one cup at a time (Make sure you SIFT your cake flour)
  • Step 5
    Stir in lemon flavoring
  • Step 6
    Spray bundt pan/cake pan with Crisco with pillsbury flour non-stick spray.
  • Step 7
    Evenly pour batter into bundt pan
