How to Make Ciambellotto
- Beat the eggs with the sugar.
- One after the other add the other ingredients, finishing with the baking powder which should be sieved over the batter and then beaten into the batter so that you get an airy better without any lumps.
- Preheat static oven to 350°F
- Grease a large bundt form, then powder with flour, pour in the batter and sprinkle with a bit of sugar
- Bake for about 40 minutes, dust with powedered sugar after cooling
