Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- - hot fudge sauce
- - vanilla ice cream
How To Make chunky peanut butter pudding cake

Step 1In a large bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup of the brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk, peanut butter, cooking oil, and vanilla.

Step 2Spread in a greased 8x8x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar. Carefully pour the hot water over the surface.

Step 3Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over top and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
