How to Make Chrysanthemum Cupcakes
- Apply a layer of white icing on top of cooled cupcakes.
- Grease scissors with non-stick cooking spray. Cut mini marshmallows into halves. (Each regular sized cupcake should use about 30 marshmallows).
- Press sticky side of cut marshmallows in colored sugar and arrange on top of iced cupcake, making tight and even circles to create the chrysanthemum. Start from the outside and move in.
