2 cflour

2 tspbaking soda

2 largeeggs (slightly beaten)

1-19 ozcan crushed pineapple c/w juice

1 cchopped pecans

1 can(s)cream cheese frosting
How to Make Chop Suey Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 9 x 13 inch cake pan by buttering sides and bottom.
- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir together. Pour into prepared cake pan.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 40 mins. Test for done by inserting toothpick in center. If it comes out clean remove cake from oven and cool slightly.
- Cream cheese icing is delicious with this cake. I buy canned frosting as I find it every bit as good as home made.
