This recipe was give to me by a co-worker years ago..Wonderful treat to have with family and friends anytime.

2 - eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple undrained
1 cup nuts
ICING INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
2 - 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coconut(optional)

How To Make chop suey cake

Step 1

Mix together all of cake ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes.

Step 2

Mix together all of icing ingredients and spread on top of cake.
