Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened, cocoa
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons grated, orange peel
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups coarsely, shredded, unpeeled zucchini (almost 4 medium). lightly packed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- GLAZE
- 2 cups powderd sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

Step 1In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, use electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 3Stir in orange peel, vanilla and zucchini.

Step 4Alternately stir flour mixture and milk into zucchini mixture, including nuts with last addition.

Step 5Pour batter into a greased and floured dusted 10 inch tube or bundt pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 6Let cool. Prepare Glaze and drizzle over cooled cake.
