chocolate zucchini cake
This is another big hit at family gatherings. I don't tell people it has zucchini in it until after they've tasted it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup safflower oil
- 1-3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour milk (i will give directions below how to make)
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2-1/2 cup flour
How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

Step 1Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. (see how to section to make sour milk)

Step 2In a separate bowl sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves & salt. Slowly add your flour mixture to the above creamy mixture. Stir until mixed well.

Step 3Stir in your zucchini spoon into a 9x13 greased pan and sprinkle the top with the chocolate chips and nuts.

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
