2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 - eggs
3/4 cup oil

How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

Step 1

mix all ingredients together and beat well.Bake at 325 for 1hour and 10 min. Use bundt or angel food cake pan. Ice with favorite chocolate icing.
