Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup buttermilk or water
1/3 cup oil
3 - eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups unpeeled and grated zucchini

How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

Step 1

Beat first five ingredients together slowly in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Step 2

Fold in chocolate chips and zucchini. Put into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.
Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and ice with a chocolate icing.
