Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make chocolate wacky cake w/peanut butter frosting

Step 1Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and beat with mixer until smooth. It's that easy!! Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan. (I just use cooking spray for the pan)Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 42 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.

Step 2For Peanut Butter Frosting. 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar, 1 stick of butter(no substitutes) 1/4 cup shortening, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat together till smooth. Add 3/4 to 1 cup peanut butter(to your taste) Beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake...sprinkle with mini semi-sweet chips. Serve
