1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use baker joy to spray the bundt pan. or you can use a 9in. springform pan.
2To make the cake ,in a heavey sauce pan,melt the 3/4 cup butter and chocolate together over low heat
until smooth and blended well together. Let cool. In a large bowl beat the egg whites until foamy,add salt and cream of tarter, beat until soft peaks foam. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and beat until stiff, glossy peaks form. Set aside
3In a large bowl beat the egg yolks thick and lemon color. Beat in the remaining granulated sugar,the brown sugar,and the vanilla until creamy and smooth.Stir in the chocolate mixture and flour. Stir in a third of the egg white mixture to lighten the batter. and then gently fold in the remaining whites. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
4Bake for 35 minutes. Remove and cool completely. For the topping i used i box instant pudding i added 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup milk. I used icup of milk instead of 2 cups it gives the pudding a thicker consistany.
