My nephews love chocolate so I decided to change my sock it to me recipe to a chocolate cake . They loved it so I make it often for them. The glaze is optional.

Ingredients For chocolate sock it to me cake

1 pkg chocolate cake mix

1 c chopped pecans

1/4 c brown sugar

4 eggs
-
1 c sour cream
-
1/3 c vegetable oil
-
1/4 c water
-
1 c cup powdered sugar

3-4 tablespoons milk,more or less to drizzle consistency

1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make chocolate sock it to me cake

1Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Combine 2 tablespoons cake mix, pecans and brown sugar in medium bowl for streusel filling . Set aside. Combine remaining cake mix, eggs, sour cream , oil and water in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour two-thirds of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with streusel filling. Spoon remaining batter evenly over filling. Bake 45 to 55 minutes . Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto cooling rack. Cool completely. Mix powdered sugar,vanilla and milk . Drizzle over cake.
