How to Make Chocolate Smothered Cherry Cake
- 1Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions
- 2When cake is cooled, poke holes in it with the handle of a wooden spoon. (evenly spaced)
- 3In those holes put 1/2 a maraschino cherry.
- 4Make Instant pudding according to package directions. Pour over cake making sure to coat the whole cake.
- 5Spread thawed whipped topping on cake. Drizzle with cherry juice (optional) I think it's pretty.
Cover and efrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
