1Combine in large bowl sugar, self rising flour. Bring to boil crisco or oil, Cocoa, Margerine, Water. Pour this mixture over the flour and the sugar. ( doesen"t lump when mixed hot). Mix well and add vanilla, dairy milk, eggs slightley beaten. Mix and pour in 11x18 sheet pan (greased and floured) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
2Icing Ice while hot. Start preparing about 5 to 10 minutes before cake is done. Heat until melted Cocoa, Canned Milk, Margerine remove from heat. When melted dump in one box of powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Stir well and spread on hot cake.
