This is the best Chocolate Cake I have ever eaten. My family enjoys this cake. Happy Eating!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup crisco or oil
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 stick margerine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup one half cup dairy milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • ICING
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons canned milk
  • - one box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup broken pecans

How To Make chocolate sheet cake

  • Step 1
    Combine in large bowl sugar, self rising flour. Bring to boil crisco or oil, Cocoa, Margerine, Water. Pour this mixture over the flour and the sugar. ( doesen"t lump when mixed hot). Mix well and add vanilla, dairy milk, eggs slightley beaten. Mix and pour in 11x18 sheet pan (greased and floured) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Icing Ice while hot. Start preparing about 5 to 10 minutes before cake is done. Heat until melted Cocoa, Canned Milk, Margerine remove from heat. When melted dump in one box of powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Stir well and spread on hot cake.
