How to Make Chocolate Sheet Cake
1CAKE: In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, and salt
2In a saucepan, put your butter, water, Crisco, and cocoa. Bring to a boil and pour over flour mixture. Mix well.
3Then, in another bowl, mix your eggs, baking soda, buttermilk and vanilla. Add to the other mixture, mixing completely.
4Pour into a greased, floured jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
5ICING: On low heat, melt together your butter, cocoa and milk.
6To this add your powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer.
7Make sure to ice the cake while it is HOT!
