chocolate sheet cake
This was on a can of Borden's cream way back when. My mother used to cut recipes out of and off of everything. She would try them and if good, she would keep them. This was a keeper.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups flour (don't sift)
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk(not evaporated)
- 2 - eggs
- FROSTING GLAZE
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In small saucepan, melt butter . Stir in cocoa then water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. In large mixer bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add cocoa mixture and beat well. Stir in 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased 15 x 10 jellyroll pan. Bake 15 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

Step 2In small saucepan, melt remaining 1/4 cup butter. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and sweentened condensed milk. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and nuts. Beat till smooth. Spread on warm cake.
