Ingredients

  • 1 cup light margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt or light salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk or milk with little vingar
  • 2 - eggs,beaten

How To Make chocolate sheet cake

  • Step 1
    Place margarine, water and cocoa in a saucepan. Heat until margarine melts; let cool. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar or Splenda sugar, baking soda and salt; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Add margarine mixture, buttermilk and eggs to flour mixture; stir well.
  • Step 3
    Spread in a greased 15x10 jelly-roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve 15-20
  • Step 4
    Use; Whipped cream or Cool Whip with fresh or frozen fruits
