  • 1 c
    light margarine
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    baking cocoa
  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt or light salt
  • 1/2 c
    buttermilk or milk with little vingar
  • 2

How to Make Chocolate Sheet Cake


  1. Place margarine, water and cocoa in a saucepan. Heat until margarine melts; let cool.
    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar or Splenda sugar, baking soda and salt; mix well.
  2. Add margarine mixture, buttermilk and eggs to flour mixture; stir well.
  3. Spread in a greased 15x10 jelly-roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve 15-20
  4. Use; Whipped cream or Cool Whip with fresh or frozen fruits
