I have been making this cake for over 30 years. Like it because you can store it in the refrigerator. I also like it best with peanut butter frosting.:) Try and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup salad dressing
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ADD
1 cup warm water with 2 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour

How To Make chocolate salad dressing cake

Step 1

Stir well first four ingredients. Then add w. water with bsoda

Step 2

Next stir in flour till smooth.
Step 3

Bake 39-40 minutes @ 350* in 2 8 inch pans or 1 9x13 pan. Frosting of your choice. I like to use peanut butter. Compliments the moist chocolate cake.
