Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter, unsalted (softened)
  • 4 tablespoons milk (adjust as needed)
  • 1 1/2 slices vanilla extract
  • 1 - drop butter rum oil
  • 2 1/4 ounces chocolate, unsweetened squares (melted)

How To Make chocolate rum buttercream icing

  • Step 1
    mix sugar and butter until well blended, adding sugar slowly.
  • Step 2
    add chocolate, vanilla, and butter rum oil.
  • Step 3
    ad milk, adjusting as needed.
  • Step 4
    beat at medium speed until desired consistency is reached.
