Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • FROSTING
  • 2 boxes cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 - powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 to 4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate (melted)
  • - white chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate red velvet cake

  • Step 1
    Prepare the cake according to the box. Once the cakes are baked, let them cool completely.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, pure vanilla extract and melted semi-sweet baking chocolate.
  • Step 3
    Once the frosting is at a smooth consistency, start to assemble cake. Frost the first layer and then sprinkle on some white chocolate chips. Add the top layer of the cake and repeat. Decorate the top layer with the white chocolate chips as you wish. Eat and enjoy!
