Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate cake mix
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • - whipped cream, optional

How To Make chocolate pudding cake {crock-pot}

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Step 4
    Pour into a 5-quart slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Step 6
    Serve in bowls with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
