This is an easy and moist chocolate cake.The frosting is good tasting too,I like to add additional softened butter if the frosting is too thick,this makes a creamy frosting without diluting the flavor with additional milk.
1Preheat oven to 350.Beat cake mix,dry pudding mix,eggs,sour cream,oil and water in a large bowl with electric mixer on low just until moistened,scraping side of bowl.Beat on medium for 2 mins .
Bake 30-35 mins for 2 layer cakes
Bake 15- 20 mins for cupcakes
Cook cocoa,butter and milk together until bubbly.
Remove from heat,Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until thick enough to spread,if needed beat in additional softened butter to thin
