Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 5 - eggs
- 1 cup sour milk (add 1 tbs. vinegar to milk)
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Step 1Spray a bundt pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla together. Add one egg at a time. Combine all dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Keep your beaters going at a lower speed to prevent the air from escaping your batter. Pour batter into greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack for 10 minutes. Invert onto a plate and sift with powdered sugar on top.
