OK This was really weird what I did, But I was so surprized . and it was really good , and got lots of complements . peolple asked if it was carrots in it because of the color , funny , and I was watching the food channel to , so there to blame to . LOL I wanted chocolate cake did not have any so I improvised and got creative .

Ingredients
- 1 box regular size cake mix
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup coffee, hot
- 1 cup pepermint candy for like decorating at xmas time .
- 1/2 cup oil

Step 1Flour and get your pan ready , preheat oven 350 ,

Step 2put it one at a time in your mixer and let it run till mixed . pour batter into your prepared pan, s and then I put the candy chips in and used a knife and evened them out in the batter, I will try next time to just fold them in the batter before putting it in the pan maybe easier. I had fun playing with this I have never just created something like that on a whim . I laugh when I think of what I did . But it was good . All I needed was so Ice cream , YUMM
