Ingredients

1 c
evaporated milk
1 c
sugar
3
egg yolks
1/2 c
butter or margarine
1 tsp
vanilla
1 1/3 c
coconut
1 c
chopped pecans

Step-By-Step

1Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter or margarine and vanilla.
2Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.
3Add coconut and pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread.
