I got this recipe from a family member several years ago. Since then, I have been asked to bring this dessert to almost every function I attend!

Ingredients

1 - 13 x 9 inch box of brownie mix
- peanut butter
1 - stick butter or margarine
10 - large marshmallows
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup milk
2-3 cups powdered sugar

How To Make chocolate peanut butter brownies

Step 1

Make and cook the brownie mix according to directions.

Step 2

When the brownies are done and still warm spread a layer of peanut butter on top.
Step 3

Chill in the refrigerator for 45 minutes
Step 4

While this is chilling, make the icing by melting butter with the marshmallows on low heat.
Step 5

Add the cocoa and milk and mix until smooth.
Step 6

Add 2 cups powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add more powdered sugar to get the thickness you desire.
Step 7

Spread the icing over brownies.
Step 8

Cut and Enjoy!
