Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2 - dark chocolate bars, chopped
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 3 - egg whites
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (3.5 oz)
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- LITE MAPLE FROSTING
- 1 package light whipped topping
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 16 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup light maple syrup
How To Make hot fudge oatmeal cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with dark chocolate pieces.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine cake mix, almond milk, egg whites, canola oil and pudding mix with an electric mixer at low speed for 5 minutes until moistened.

Step 3Add hot fudge sauce and rolled oats. Beat again for 3 minutes on high speed. Pour into a prepared baking pan.

Step 4Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted the center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Step 5To make the lite maple frosting, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together for 3 minutes until smooth.

Step 6Spread the frosting onto the cooled cake.
