Ingredients
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2-3 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- - glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoon warm coffee or water
How To Make chocolate mocha bundt cake

Step 1In a saucepan on low heat combine chocolate chips, water and instant coffee. Heat until chocolate melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 2In a large bowl combine all cake ingredients and cooled chocolate mixture. Beat at low speed to combine then 3 minutes at medium speed. Scrap bowl inbetween.

Step 3Pour cake batter into greased and floured 12 cup BUNDT Pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 65-75 mintues or until cake taste done.

Step 4Cool cake upright in pan 30 minutes then turn onto a cake plate. Cool cake completely.

Step 5In a small bowl combine glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
