  Grease and flour 2 (9")layer cake pans or a 9x13 cake pan.
• Step 2
  In a large bowl mix at low sped all ingredients for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
• Step 3
  Pour into your prepared baking pan(s). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake pulls away from the side of the pan and springs back when touches lightly in center.
• Step 4
  You can frost this cake if you like, but it is so moist I usually do not frost it at all.
