Deliciously moist cake. You don't even realize it has mayonnaise in it!

2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking pow
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups brewed coffee
2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make chocolate mayonaise cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° Mix all ingredients. Pour in greased and floured cake pans. Bake until done, about 30-35 minutes. Cool and frost with desired frosting

Step 2

Note: My Mother and Grandmother made this delicious cake often when I was growing up. It was always frosted with homemade chocolate frosting. It is a very moist yet firm cake.
