1Melt chocolate. In large mixing bowl add chocolate or cocoa, hot water, eggs, pudding, sugar, mayo, vanilla. Add flour.
2Grease and flour 2 or 3 round 8" pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cake tester is clean.
3Ice with your favorite chocolate icing or use recipe below.
3/4 cup cocoa
4 cups XXXX sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Mix cocoa and sugar. Cream part of mixture with margarine. Blend in vanilla and half of milk.
Add remaining cocoa and sugar and blend well. Add remaining milk and beat to desired consistency. Add extra milk if needed.
